Microsoft's Professional Business support. You dont get the same level of support with mySQL.

Microsoft's SQL Server is 100% supported by microsoft and they'll fly techs to your business to deal with major problems, and work very closely with your developers to fix any problems on their end OR your end

Just go mySQL, it's community can provide great support for personal / hobby / small business scale stuff... unless you really want microsoft's level of support
