In cooperation with Trust Partners, Urban Management, and Native Freshfood, and in observation of the joint-Tribal Beiluspal Plan, Ancestors Circle now issues a general solicitation to friendly capsuleer organizations for trade as part of the Beiluspalgatar Program, or BGP.

Corporations in possession of surplus goods or service contracts in the market segments pertaining to construction, agriculture, field and laboratory research, security, or communications, may feel free to contact Ancestors Circle with their terms. Example commodities include soil, fertilizer, and construction equipment. Example personnel contracts include scientists, production assistants, and marines. The full procurement list is exhaustive, so interested parties may inquire for further detail.

Terms may be set by parties not hostile to the Tribes. Contract delivery will be accepted in the following regions:

  • Molden Heath
  • Metropolis
  • Heimatar
  • The Forge
  • The Citadel

Locations may be expanded as caravan routes develop.

We would like to extend warmest thanks to our trade partners for their custom; in particular, Recurring Memories Heavy Industries for their generous provision of raw construction materials as well as vital organic resources, and to Bezekric Technica for providing contracts for several teams of scientists and production personnel.

The preliminary BGP seed worlds have been selected, with the first two construction parcels, so named Eystlar and Ulfrund, now being prepared for transport and installation. Foundations are scheduled for completion by 30.10.117, when the proving will be made. However, the Program is still disposed to private exchange for the necessary materiels, and in particular there is a growing need of civilian laborers, technicians, and security forces. Thus, the general solicitation to friendly capsuleer organizations for trade is still open.

The updated procurement list is available for those who wish to inquire. Terms may be set by parties not hostile to the Tribes.

In addition, contract delivery will now also be accepted in:

We consulted with Ms. Nissui today upon her gracious invitation to us for a meeting in Derelik.

We are a person steeped in Amarr ways, and we fear we may have done many things to inadvertantly offend or insult Ms. Nissui. For this, we offer our sincerest apologies. Of course, we would rather apologize profusely and in excess, than not apologize enough. It is our way.

As we had suspected, Ms. Nissui has strict cultural and ethical standards which forbid the two of us from entering into a trade contract together. Our Holdership is run on slave labor. The products of such labor would be, understandably, unacceptable to [JIII]. Goods returned in trade may be used in one form or another to benefit the Empire, which again may be conflict of interest for [JIII].

These are diplomatically and culturally difficult matters. We offered Ms. Nissui a complicated solution, one that would involve:

  1. Goods produced by competitively-salaried workers, not slaves, within the structure of a State-like Corporation
  2. Goods traded in return to be funneled to charity work in conjunction with charity organizations in the Republic
  3. Compartmentalized operation between our Holdership proper and this Corporation entity


Our various offers are well-meaning, but from what we understand they do not meet the spirit of Ms. Nissui's and [JIII]'s requirements so we thanked her for the opportunity at a negotiation and bid her farewell.



We have not given up on the opportunity for House Rkard to interface with Ancestors Circle, but we feel that there is a lot more work to be done before we try again.

As the installation of the Eystlar and Ulfrund facilities are complete, the BGP proving is made, so the work of these sister facilities shifts now to research and development. While the primary materials by which our first seed worlds begin their task are gathered, additional personnel contracts are needed to brace existing security forces for our people. The terms for contract purchasing remain the same.

In accordance with the program outline, we will now commence construction on the next two sister installations, called Angeirer and Eyrfjald. Their seed worlds have been selected, and the delivery parcels are now being prepared for transport and installation, with foundations scheduled for completion by 30.11.117. Prior to completion, we must still address the need for civilian laborers and production personnel that the program may move forward.

In this way, we are still open to private trade arrangements in order to secure additional materials, with a detailed catalogue of material requirements available upon request. Terms may still be set by parties not hostile to the Tribes.
