Nope. You can install a program on your computer that will ding when a new contact comes into local, so what would prevent you from using the same software to ding when you get a new d-scan contact? The best way to make people actually pay attention to d-scan is to make it something you have to click, otherwise it just becomes another free intel tool like local.
