I'm personally offended that I'm not on the list. I've spent at least a handful of hours hanging out on Amarr undock in cheap EWar cruisers randomly locking PIRAT pilots up for their own entertainment.

I'm their free lulz, and Free Internet Spaceship Lulz is serious business....

I believe this list to be a complete fabrication and slanderous accusation made by the OP against my PIRAT friends by an Amarrian local who is buttmad they wont let him or his face piercings on their undock.
