I'm trying to verify if Video Cards with Close Captioning built in which are able to write text from audio tracks in videos work for audio files as well...

I need this for EVE Online Market Trading Audio files and some videos posted on Youtube.

There is just too much info with no way to verify by text.
It's hard to discern what is mentioned by audio only.

I work for an internet publishing tech company and we use those cards since 2002 to make transcript of live shows.
What I want it to do is to extract the text from audio files.
Alternately, I want the cards to extract text from video files audio tracks.

The cards in Question are ATI All-In-Wonder , Pro, ATI TV Wonder , etc...
Siri (from the iPhone 5) does this too. Google voice can do this too.
Those programs transfer audio to text or interpret audio voice as commands (which are translated to text command in a command log file, with time and date, and related addresses on the hardware, whether RAM addresses or other.)

I could add more but it is out of the scope of this forum so I'll skip it.

I will review my notes on my IBM system but I will have to try to copyright it this week as I do not want to lose the info.
The link you refered above seems to be for Youtube videos which already have closed captioning integrated.

What I want to do is to create text files which are not yet created.
The ATI card system creates folder with subjects, and indexes the text in database.
It is excellent for copyright registration.
I did editing by hand, and it is not a good use of time when the technology is available.
It is easy to compare...

It's like the difference between this Android 512 MB RAM device and a system that works (without too much heat).

Once I verify the cards and buy one, I will be able to add it to the hardware thread related to EVE Online.

As for being lazy, I stopped in 1979.
