Is there an official Eve measure for inflation, comparable to the Consumer Price Index? If yes, where can I find it?

The best I could recommend would be to look at the price of a basket of fitted ships over time.

I would not be surprised if over the last 12 months it's been negative, pushed downward by the sharp decrease in price of expedition drops (pirate BS BPCs, DED 7+ deadspace drops) and the washup of the Phoebe invention changes.

I support the New Order and CODE. alliance. www.minerbumping.com

Look at deblogs, the editor publishes data there.
In the past this one publishes quarterly reports ( QEN) among which here is the history https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/QEN
For my part during several years I followed the variations of the prices(prizes) of raw materials withf several indexes for production
but after some break on this type of activity I stopped it ( my data cover 2006-2011 )

He's recently mentioned setting up regular infographics as a kind of stop-gap replacement to the QEN.

EDIT:

He says they are going to provide regular economic infographics on a monthly basis.

FWIW, CCP has a stated target of ± 1% inflation / deflation, and has met this target for a very long time.
