Minor issue with character customization

Hi

I've just rolled an Amarrian alt, Pure Amarr bloodline, and for some reason I have no option to apply "outer" clothing, such as jackets and overcoats. I'm not sure why this is. I even have an overcoat in my inventory and there's still no option for that type of clothing in the customization screen. It was missing when I created the character too.

I only have the options for mid, top, bottom, and shoes.

Just putting it out there, perhaps a minor bug.

Yeah I've noticed my main is doing it too. And my other alts. It seems random though. I tried creating alts and skin tone options were missing, sometimes I can't apply tattoos, sometimes I can't change their coats or their eyewear.

Mine is also doing this, if i delete my cache files it will return. But then something else will vanish instead...

First time round it was All tops missing, this time its Outerwear. Guessing its a bug ?

EVEBoard ...Just over 60million skill points, each skill was chosen for a reason. I closed my eyes & clicked another skill to train... "BINGO...!!!" ... "This time i got something usefull"

Yeah - i have the same issue in the charactercreationprocess.
I had only five haircuts to choose from - after a restart the bottom-section (trousers) was missing. After the next restart - there was NO haircut offered anymore (just an big X). Please sort this out

Yeah can we get this bug fixed - I'm desperate to get a hood on my character but I never get the option :(
