I send you for more information how solve GM problem when you lost ship and they cant verify error on server but that day server has more problems ( massive disconnection, Jita down for few minutes …)
There is my petition and they opinion.

Hi CCP,
Today (2.11.2011) at 18:58:58 - 19:12:29 I was in fleet whit my friends and I lost my Nightmare. Now I explanation it.
-I warped on my Leader (Horace Friendly)
-Then Leader warped flead to differnet NMC becouse when they was this NMC was occupied.
-I stuck in space, near acceleration gate to occupied NMC.
-I try unstuck and I aligned to occupied NMC.
-It dont help me then I need aligned to random space (use duble click on mouse)
-It help me
-Then I warped to Leader (Horace Friendly) (fleet -> warp to fleet member)
-When I warped to next NMC i use acceleration gate when should be our fleet.
-I went to site but it was different NMC then I try warp to Esteban VIII - Moon 4 to save place.
-But I cant becouse Schmaeel target me and scramble me.
-After scramble me I use drone and everything for fast kill Schmaeel but I didnt kill Schmaeel and I lost my Nightmare.
My question is how I can go to another place when I warp to place whit using warp to fleet member.

-First problem : We cannot detect what I do between 19:08:52 and 19:12:19. There is not activity but when I was stuck on First NMC I need use acceleration gate for enter site. THERE ARE NO DATA ABOUT USED ACCELERATION GATE. I say I warped on Horace but there is no data about it too. But there are 207 seconds nothing. When I aligned another NMC I flew 23391 meters by my ship because my ship fly 113m/s. But you say I didn't leave my old place but why on save place spawn enemies or place where never spawn Schmaeel? You need trust me what I did.

And you cannot possible for us to determine my position in space, and You say I did not leave my old place.
GM you cannot do your work well. Now you can take a think how worked your server that time when I lost my ship. Now you can take a think how worked your server that time when I lost my ship.
becouse there is a lot of thing about it and worked your server correctly that time when I lost ship and down your one the biggest market system (Jita) and you did not detect it.
Our conversation I will send on Eve forum for more information to players how you do your work and how you accesses on problem. There will say they opinion and players which flew whit me can confirm my activity that time.

Now I waiting for his answer.

I think GM need video when happened something what they cannot detect!!! IS THIS NORMAL ??
What do you think about it. Did you have some problems that Time (2011.11.02 at 19:00 – 19:30 PM).

This will probably get deleted by CCP, But it should be pretty obvious to you, that you warped to a site that your FC didn't take (for whatever reason) and warped to the next one, and you warped into an empty site.

I always tell people to attempt to warp to me before gating into a site if they can't confirm via directional.

I guess you learned that lesson.

TL;DR, so this might not apply to you OP, but CCP can only rely on what their systems recorded when investigating cases. If they don't have a record of something going wrong, it didn't happen as far as they are concerned.

I think you need to stop being so god damn rude. These are guys trying to help and whilst being friendly isn't going to get your ship back, being rude isn't going to help either. You lost a ship and it can't be reimbursed, deal with it and go get another ship to make the ISK back.

TL;DR you warped to a incursion fight area, a sansha frigate agressed you and ganked..... game working as intended

I am impressed people were able to make sense of what she said. Propably why its taking CCP so long to lock this or make it disapear and report no problems were found at all as well.

maybe you got concorded but you said you were using nightmare?
