We apologize for the amount of time that might pass before we get to a petition at the moment. Crucible has resulted in a lot more activity and our petition queues are busy in the extreme. Game masters are working working round the clock to get every petition answered as quickly as possible, but at the moment we are experiencing significant delays.

Every petition is looked at and answered in the order they come in. We advise everyone who filed a petition to exercise patience and not close your petitions or file new ones on the same subject, as this may mean that your petition ends up on a later file date.

We are working as hard as we can and we apologize for any delays.

In regards to this particular case, I have verified that the petition is in our queues and we will look into the matter as soon as it is that petition's turn. I have a note with the relevant information on the petition so it will be resolved expediently once we get to it.

Total number of petitions awaiting an answer in the Game Play queue: 3249
Oldest petition without a reply in the Game Play queue was filed at: 2011.12.03 20:35
Total number of petitions awaiting an answer in the Billing queue: 246
Oldest petition without a reply in the Billing queue was filed at: 2011.12.12 08:13

These are the 2 most important queues, however we do have a few more specialized queues (for example: technical, Russian, German, etc) and there may be petitions that were filed before the dates mentioned above, especially if these require intensive investigation (like hacking cases or account disputes).
