Launcher borked after upgrade to Windows 10

Title states it all, really. After my upgrade to windows 10 today, the launcher isn't... launchering. Dropdowns for username, pictured won't load, and the update bar is non-existent. I have tried a clean install of eve, and the launcher, tried running as admin, and compatibility modes. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I ran the repair and bypassed the launcher entirely, and this worked. Still not a true "fix" though, so still looking to resolve the issue.
