Apparel not available in the NES?

I have a long-ish list of apparel I'd like to buy either from the NES or the market, but none of the items are available in either. While the market part is understandable, why are these items not in the NES? To me it seems logical that whatever items they add to the game would be permanently available in the Store?

I'd be grateful if someone could explain the issue, as I might be missing something.

Permanently available would mean there is no rush to buy. Limited availability increases demand and makes trading in them more profitable. I don't know exactly what you're looking for - some apparel was never available in the NES. They have given some away in various promotions. And I have seen pictures of some items I don't think were ever actually released - like the Rubicon girl catsuit.

Thanks for the response. Some of the items I was talking about were released very recently - the 'Hephaestus' male and female clothing set for instance - so I was surprised to see them listed in the market but not available in the NES.

The logic still seems strange to me - if the items they release are unavailable for purchase for such long periods of time (I've been looking for some other items for months now without any success), that could only be a missing opportunity for them as well as sellers when there are no outstanding sell orders for these items anywhere on the market.

Since they have been added to the database, I expect they will be added to the store soon. Buy orders don't indicate they are actually in the game yet. When you see a sell order, then it's time to wonder where they came from.
