Launcher Issue or?

When I initially launch the client(whether its the first launch, or the second for second account) I will initially get this upon log in:

"Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong"

Then when I click ok on the message, wait a few seconds, and the login page says "Tranquility OK" I am able to connect just fine. Occasionally I will get "Unable to connect to 87.237.38.200 on port 2600" and I will need to relaunch or just click connect and let it go through the process again. Once connected I am solid with no drops or issues. Although I am able to log in, it is a bit annoying. Any ideas?
