Inspired by http://zofu.no-ip.de/bpo with a different user interface to let you tune the levels using sliders.

I'll be throwing some more features into it as I think of things that might be useful. Eventually I'll pretty it up.

What it doesn't seem to do is calculate perfect ME. I like to research my BPOs to perfect as I have a lot of research capacity.

It would be very useful if it told us a number for perfect ME (for example, 147 for Scourge Heavy Missiles).

But otherwise very impressive so far.

No waste ME added for each material; click-able, so you can set the ME quickly for each level.
