Given the tone of your opening statement, I fear this offer may fall on stony ground, but here it is.

I was intrigued by your project, and spoke to my father about it. He agrees that if it is possible - we have no idea where your 'Accorded Neutral Grounds' may be situated - we would be very happy to provide a venue at the Kinnison Estates on Octanneve V.

A significant majority of our workers are Minmatar, and I think they would be very interested in knowing more about their cultures and those of fellow tribes. We have regular visits from an Amarr missionary group who tend to those who have retained their faith, but for some reason or other, we've not been able to get similar pastoral support for our Minmatar who identify with their tribal roots.

Family ties are clearly important, as many people send money back home. I think they'd enjoy seeing and hearing some of the cultural heritage of their ancestors.

We have several buildings and open areas ideal for this kind of thing as with over 10,000 workers across the Estates, we're regularly holding events and such. Obviously, there would be no charge.
