I can not launch the client from the launcher or from the bin folder

After I log in and press play a process called CCP ExeFile appears in my task manager and nothing happens after that. I have also tried launching the game form the bin folder but that doesn't work either as the process again appears in the task manager but nothing happens.

I have run the repair tool and rescache without any errors or missing files. I have tried reinstalling everything and the same thing happens.

Please help I've had this issue since the patch on the 25th August...

Try clearing the Caches from the launcher settings-Game and Advanced menus (and another simply attempt is to always try launching in safe mode)
Also, make sure you create a support ticket if you haven't already. They take time and aren't the most accurate things but for how long you've been waiting you should have tried to contact an IT at least once

I am having the same issue,exefile.exe is shown in task manager "processes"
Here are what i have tried:
eve repair tool
delete all cashes from launcher settings
install windows 7 update and new NVIDIA driver
reinstall the whole game(twice)
rescache located at EVE folder
delete launcher folder and let repair tool download a new one
turn off the firewall
install DX 11 again
create a support ticket (no feedback )
None of these fixes my problem. I can post launcher log if u need

I haven't played for 2 months, The issue starts when I launched the game at 26th Aug.

I too have the same issue and have responded in another post within this forum regarding this.
launching the game from the launcher.. or from ~/bin/exefile.exe both will cause the game to show in my task manager
however, nothing will load to the screen, nothing shows on my task bar.

I have tried everything mentioned, rescache/download all, slim installer, re-install eve client completely. my directx dont appear to be corrupted or anything, tried D9 and D11. all my other games work fine. I was playing eve just fine the night before the update. I tried rolling back my video card drivers as well. this did not work.

I also submitted a support ticket about this 11 days ago w/ dxdiag report. I still have not even received a response, not even a "we are working on this" . Very dissappointed about this, my plex will be up soon and as much as id like to re-sub my account,
I cannot play, nor do I have any indication that they acknowledge this as a problem on their end, if it will be fixed.. etc.

I am no longer having this issue after todays patch (09/10/15). The game launches normally from the Launcher and from ~/bin/exefile

same here, the last patch fixed the issue.
