system info just disappears

Some times when i undock or change system all my system info, route info and agent mission just disappears from the top left of the screen.

The 3 buttons remain however i have to push them 5 or 6 times or change system to get the info back, if i hover over where their meant to be it still displays the options or if i right click i still get the option to see info on the system i set destination to.
