You can do quite well out of simple highsec wormhole diving.

As mentioned you'll find these datas/relics in C1-C3 wormholes. Lower class wormholes like these often have highsec static exits, so you'll likely find that a good portion of holes you jump from highsec will be C1-C3. You can use tools like http://staticmapper.com/ to check what class a system is the minute you jump in if you're unsure.

It's pretty straight forward and decent ISK. Just be sure to spend time making your directional scanner your best friend.
