How much value would Command Ships add to this leadership character?

Hi there

I have a leadership character I've been training that is about a month away from having all four combat leadership discipline specialists at V (Siege Warfare Specialist, Armored Warfare Specialist, etc). He also has Warfare Link Specialist V and Cybernetics V as well.

But - he's not yet skilled for any ship as I didn't know if I should go Command Ship or T3, and which of either. So approximately how much value do you think would be added to my character by training him into a Command Ship as opposed to selling him with just the leadership skills and let the buyer do the approximate month train into their ship of choice?

Imo, train for cruiser class T3 first. Then BC class .
