Background for character pics. Custom color, how to change it

I have a custom colour set for the char edit page. Its bright green. Does anyone know how to change it?
I'm not talking about pic behind the char in the snapshot shot.. Im talking about the bg colour during char edit.

press esc go to the display & graphics tab, Now in the middle under Miscellaneous there is an "enable green screen portrait background" check box

I would assume that is it, I've never played with it myself though.
