top quality characters can pull around 1 billion for 2 million sp or more. This is not however, a top character. I count near 40 million sp wasted in industry/pve and on the flip side 120million wasted in pvp. No one likes having mixed and spread skills, especially with much higher sp characters. the low quality characters usually fetch around 1 billion isk per 3 million sp. however i think this character would be around the middle so you would be looking at around 65-75 billion isk.
