multiple client issues after patch

I'm running ubuntu 14.04 and have been supporting multiple clients for a while now. Just patched this morning and the new launcher (v2.2.950061) which has been ropey at best still seems to work in the normal way, but now I get issues with loading my second client.

I'm guessing that this is a windows problem too, so thought I would post here, just in case it's me being stoopid.

Same here.

When I try to start up the second client it crashes.
