Way to stop Cloaky campers?

Bigish alliance in null and we have this stupid thing where this 1 group of faggots come into our system 1 person comes in and just afk cloaks in system untill we don't expect it then boom sin drops 5 people on a 1 or 2 man ratting group we group up declare war then go and wipe out 80 or so pocos 4 Towers they own and they don't do **** to stop us. We come back into our system try and grab them they don't do anything till only 1 or 2 people are on again and then do the same thing again. we go on roams see 20 or 30 of them on spread out in all the different systems cloaked up. Never anything but cloaked up. They have shut down our mining operations in all the 20 or so systems we own. They have stopped the ratting. They have stopped us from doing everything. And this is ONLY by cloaky camping our systems over and over again. They never leave and of coarse we can't find them. Heck we went so far as to Carrier ratting because they can't do anything vs them with their cloaky ships. NOW they get PL to come in and start wiping our our carriers. They arn't even BLue to PL.

You might want to search "afk cloaking" on the forums.

Enjoy literally thousands of pages of flames and tears.

Not looking for Flames and tears I hear enough of that **** from my alliance about them not doing anything. I am looking for results.
