Whats the highest boosting setup/ship possible? New and clean thread with possible setup!

Im really interested in looking for more opinions on this boosting setup considering:

- Maximum boosting output possible
- Off grid
- Cloak
- Scan

I havent tried to make a setup myself for a Tengu, but from a setup that someone posted on the other thread I get the following:

Tengu

Pros:

- 5% more shield resistances
- 5% less shield transporters duration

Cons:

- Doesnt cloak
- Has 1 less boosting module
- Loses against the claymore in EVERY other boosting module


Id like to find the HIGHEST boosting output ship, when only BOOSTING, CLOAKING, SCANNING matter.
Off grid booster.

If anyone has a better setup/ship idea than this claymore, Id be much appreciated to see :)


PS: I remember to see a really good setup for a Loki back like 1 year ago at BC, but seems I cant find it anymore :( maybe cause some modules/ships were nerfed with crucible.

I have tried the volture, and got the results..

So to clarify it and make it clean and organized once again here is the comparison in between the 3 ships/setups (Claymore, Volture and Tengu)


Volture VS Claymore:


Pros:

+ 3% more shield resistances
+ 3% less shield transporters duration

Cons:

- Has 1 less High Slot, which means you have to choose 2 from (1 boosting module, 1 cloak or 1 scan)
- Loses against the claymore in every other boosting module


Tengu VS Claymore

Pros:

+ 5% more shield resistances
+ 5% less shield transporters duration

Cons:

- No cloaking module OR no scan module
- Has 1 less boosting module besides the above
- Loses against the claymore in every other boosting module


Does anyone have a better opinion than that claymore setup I posted, for a fleet boosting ship considering the follow:

- Maximum boosting output possible
- Off grid
- Cloak
- Scan

anyway, using active shield siege link without shield efficiency link is silly imo. the two links are made to work together in unison

The link modules are up to the user, Ive only created the structure they will be working on.

You choose whatever boosting links you wanna use, I myself wont be using all the times these ones, depending on the occasion I will change them accordingly to the fight style most likely.

Nothing needs to be changed in order to fit a gang module of your choice.

claymore is the obvious winner for your setup here if only because it's the only command ship with 8 highs

Yea no doubt, I was just wondering if anyone could come up with something better, maybe a different ship, some weird setup with other secondary hardwiring implants or whatever.

But seems like no.

Also battleclinic has no support ship better than this one.

Only if you REALLY need to fly cloaked, then Tengu is the best for the task, but with this setup:

Im currently fitting a Claymore with similar fits (in Bold are my differences). Not sure about the rig slots and the ECCM Arrays (at work and cant see my fits in EvEHQ atm). But I am using the Kiakka's Modified Co-Processors instead... greater CPU boost (18% vs. 14%). Plus fitting all 8 highs with WFL's. No cloaky, just hide somewhere in theater.

You'll need more command processors on that ship.
