Hello again!

First off, thank you all for your support. I have had loads of fun building my space empire and using public funds to accelerate my industry projects. I am moving into a new level of profiteering as my production capacity expands and my capital stores allow me to enter into more expensive markets.

Today I am opening my fifth public bond, [G5], to fund new T2 lines that my R&D activities have unlocked. I am offering a much lower interest rate than usual, due to the fact that my time is limited by fall semester coursework. I am offering 6% monthly interest, as this is a rate I can easily profit from while keeping my EVE activities at a slower pace.

I have one investor who has already reserved 60% of this bond, leaving another 2 billion ISK unfilled and available to new investors. If you wish to be one of these investors, please post your desired investment amount in increments of 100 million ISK. ISK may be sent immediately as long as you 1) post how much you are sending first and 2) there is still an unclaimed portion of this bond remaining.

Requested Terms
Principal: 5,000,000,000 ISK (5 billion)
Interest: 6% per month (300 million per month)
+0.2% bonus for previous investors (+10 million per month)
Duration: 90 days from receipt of ISK
Collateral: None

Repayment Schedule
Day 30: Interest payment #1 (6% of principal)
Day 60: Interest payment #2 (6% of principal)
Day 90: Interest payment #3 (6% of principal) and principal repayment (5B total)

Purpose of Loan
Purchasing materials for T1/T2 production and limited trading.

Default Prevention
In the event of a cataclysm, loan principal will be repaid by liquidating some of the following from my warehouse (my assets are currently valued at ~23B + ~5B in sell orders, industry jobs, and liquid ISK):

PI Materials
T2 Components and base items

Outstanding Debt
None

Debt Expansion
I will not incur any more uncollateralized debt until this loan is repaid or permission is granted by all investors. I reserve the right to take out additional fully-collateralized loans if I so desire.

Thanks! I indeed felt honored when Dextrome approached me with his offer. When someone is willing to fill an unsecured loan at a low rate like that, it sends a positive message about their confidence in your authenticity and chances of success. I really appreciate that!

This bond chiefly serves to formalize our agreement publicly. The other 2 billion represents the remaining amount I could take on at that interest rate under my current conditions. If there are any other investors out there who want to join in this quarter, I would love to work with them. If not, Dextrome's investment will help me kick off some production lines which are only waiting for raw materials to commence.


I included these bonuses in my previous two loans. I have not had a repeat investor to activate them yet, but I like the idea of rewarding long-term partners and encouraging new ones.

According to jEVEAssets, my net worth is 1B short of 40 billion ISK now. :D

I have not been able to update jobs and orders as much as I would like, but I have still made great profits this month, far exceeding the interest of this bond.

Some fun facts about my latest earnings:

6 ISK earned from my "ISK double halfing service". A happy customer hired me to "double half" their 7 ISK. This is a complex process of doing double the amount of normal halfing. The customer was very satisfied with the service, which was 100% more half than the leading ISK halfing competitor.

220 million from edition sales of and donations to MD Market Journal, a marketing newsletter I have started. The 2nd edition is delayed due to schedule conflicts IRL (I had to help kill a dragon in a DnD game). I am hoping to release the next sometime this week.
