I am proud to announce the public opening of Hel Beach as a venue for capsuleers and baseliners (baseliners by invite only)
The section of beach has been reserved out of the fifth largest natural sanctuary by area and second largest by species diversity on the planet. The private shuttle is accessible from the interbus network and the venue is open to visitors of any factional or non-factional loyalty.

Causing harm to the local ecosystem, disturbing other guests are ground for disbarment. The venue staff reserve the right to exclude anyone as well as use lethal force should it become necessary.

MOTD:
Quote:

Hel Beach

Location of Hel beach is undisclosed.

The massive volcanic island is a nature preserve the staff will say if pressed. A private shuttle service connects with the cluster wide interbus network and lands not on the island but on the rear deck of a two hundred and thirty meter Super Yacht anchored in the shallows by east (right side in the images) beach.

Guests are welcome to roam freely on the fore sun decks the bar on the second deck, and the heated spa pool partially in the shade of the second deck on the bow.

The water is shallow enough that you can easily walk off the ramp deployed from the back of the ship into calf deep (aprox 15cm) water and onto the beach.

The sand of the beach is fine and high in silicates so very soft and smooth to the touch. More like plastic fine polishing sand when rolls between fingers. The pale color keeps it from being anything but warm and the waves are gentle.

No sign of any person can be seen on the beach or in the cliffs but the footprints in the virgin sands.

The Ocean expands unbroken before the beach as far as visable, it is quite shallow nearer to the rock arch but more than a few hundred meters out drops away sharply to unknown depths. Many species of darting agile birds make their nests on the cliffs and their songs are light and soft. Their white curved shapes often play at the cliff tops like Fighters in combat before going out to the deep sea.

Many colorful fish will swim even into the shallows, tiny almost invisible white crabs can be found tracking their way across the beach and on the reefs further out to sea there are millions-strong super massive schools of fish from the very tiny to those that easily mass more than the shuttle that sits on the back of the Yacht.

The staff (all terse dark-skinned brutor who are scarce but quick to appear when needed) assures any guest that the Hel sharks only migrate this way in the winter stormy months when the beach is closed and inacessable due to extreme weather and high seas.

After careful studying of provided imagery, I have came to conclusion that this place will be very difficult to train in. Rocky grounds, sand that will be getting into jackboots and shallow water. High probability of fractures and sores.

Name though looks appropriate to such place, as it would indeed be a hell to train there. Conclusion: challenging. Worth visiting.

OH! And advertisement of using of lethal force might not be the best way to attract a civilian population to the training ground.

It builds character.

RMS used to have recruits stranded on barren planets for a week to see how well we can survive walking around on a surface made of something like asbestos and air so thin you can't even feel the thing through your survival suit. This is nothing.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

Navy jackboots and EVA suit mask.
Lack of tribal professionalism and equipment is really astonishing.

And leaving recruits without instructors and platoons on barren planets?
Savagery.
They won't drill themselves.

You'd better hope that this place isn't located in Federation space, because the above is in contravention of pretty much the entire Racial and Alien Egalitarian Amendment, let alone the Equality and Diversity in Employment laws. You'd have to go some to justify such an apparently racist employment policy.

Why yes, any military outfit doesn't already drill the recruits on the basics of survival before putting them in a hostile environment to test their ability to adapt, improvise and work together despite wildly differing backgrounds.

I suspect your outfit can't even figure out how to obtain a steady supply of water in such an environment or build a proper wind-proof shelter that doesn't immediately get gobbled up by a sand-dune. Or even clean your equipment after it gets clogged by that superfine soil that gets blown right into the joints and filters by a slight breeze, without choking in the process.

You are fortunate you are never going to find yourself in a situation where you run into an escape pod due to the ship you are serving on exploding from every pipe and conduit and have said pod strand you on an inhospitable planet.

The water is eighteen kilometers deep past the shelf and it is highly recommended that guests do not venture far from the beach or the shallows of the bay as there are strong currents and large ocean predators. Staff will prevent guests from venturing too far on the island as it is a protected nature reserve.

Hel Beach is not a training ground and any organized events of any nature must be approved prior. This thread or private message to this neocom address is sufficient to request access for large parties.

The security policy is not subject to change at this time.

The location of Hel beach will not be disclosed.

Any attempted legal action will be directed in private message to this neocom address, legal representatives will be in contact within 48 hours of initial notification that legal action is being pursued provided the proper channels are used.

Your ability to suspect has fallen below logical threshold.
If that would be okay to a federal loyalist, State soldiers with your level of incompetence would be relinquished from the duty and sent to rehabilitation.

You know Kim-haani, it's not all about jackboots and ass kicking.
Fun as that is even the most hardened of soldiers needs a bit or R&R at times.

That wouldn't be acceptable for any military outfit. Now would you mind not assuming incompetence on the part of the Federation? It only makes you look more like an ass for not having won the war yet.

Do you need to purchase tickets or make some kind of reservation?

What fills the soul? Something that guides a lost child back to it's parents arms. Or waves that dye the shores of the heart gold. A blessed breath to nurture life in a land of wheat. Or the path the Sef descend drawn in ash. In the wake of fire.
