So I've been away ever since CCP implemented the new skill queue as I no longer had a reason to log in for a very long time. Decided to take a look around, sov map is completely changed seeing a lot of names that I didn't expect (BL has sov wut?). Looks like N3 finally disbanded? I have no clue here guys so could someone give me an update?

Oh, huge man!

To sum up, sov control and massive changes to how cyno works made it much bigger feeling and encouraging denser lifestyle and frontline battle.

Came in at the right time, it is in the midst of a full on overhaul, you would not recognize the mechanics now.

To quote Lfod Shi

The ratting itself is PvE. Getting away with it is PvP.

Hmm the map did look a lot more fragmented in the south than I've ever seen it. Sounds like things are getting interesting once again.

I left before the changes happen, so the finer points hopefully people will come in and flesh out.

The biggest I have heard word about is that subcaps are much more required again. Caps can make use of jumpgates now though. I am actually looking forward to seeing what others post about the change in lifestyle of null. There was a pretty quick drop in players when they made the changes, but I think is the best in the longterm. We had a coalition win nullsec, now it is time for hardcore mode.

Fozzie SOV.
Which means a griefer's paradise and if someone actually wants SOV then the question is, "Who is willing to troll for SOV the longest?"

We won so CCP had to change sov mechanics.

What they came up with requires much polish and the odd bullet to the head but can work.

More like infested. CCP really should reduce the maximum numbers allowed in a corp for the better.

Yeah, that way we have more stuff like the CVA out of game red list.

We've been over this. If they start tightening restrictions on stuff like that in game, it will just be handled with out of game tools.

Edit: guess who that's going to hurt. Here's a hint: it's not the people who already have a wealth of out of game tools at their disposal.

If you cheat, you are disqualified. You all got disqualified quet some years ago. And besides..... goons is the new BoB, so you have lost anyway.

If I were CCP, I would be sorely tempted to disband CFC alliances / corps, stop them contacting or fleeting with each other and scatter them and their stuff all over High / Low Sec.

It would probably be bad for business but the rage would be hot enough to warm you through winter.

So when will the goons get t2 BPO's from the devs?

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

What happen is Goons gave away half of their ex sov, and guess what? Everyone start blaming them for this. That's ironic.

Now they want to do some pokes and ass slaps on provi whor... Hmmm Mature Ladies.

If you want someone to die, it's insulting when they only half-kill themselves.

And moa can't finish the job

I will admit. I quite dislike the attitude that Goonswarm brought to the game through player interactions.

But personal opinions aside, they still played eve as it should be. They became a powerhouse and maximized everything to, as they put it, Win Eve.

Eve was a harsh place, so people had a choice. Stand up and fight, or join with the victors. With goonswarm, people joined up. The reasoning why? I will never know, but it doesn't matter I guess. Will see what they do in the longterm. Become a coalition of even more alliances, or will they fragment for the lulz as more changes come out? Time will tell. As CCP put it, this is just the start of a much grander plan.

As any good business knows, need a short term and long term to survive. If things keep improving as they have been since the start of the year, 2016 is going to be awesome. Shoot, I might join back up with a nullsec corp.

If the only reason MoA exists is GSF that's pretty ironic as well since they will never finish the job.

No, moa was around as an entity before they joined GSF
