Hi all,

Looking to buy a boosting character.
Should have:


Arrow Armored Specialist 5
Arrow Skirmish Specialist 5
Arrow Siege Specialist 5
Arrow Information Specialist 5
ArrowWing Commander 5
ArrowTengu Capable
Arrow Fitting skills/core skills


Would be nice:


Arrow Fleet Commander 5
ArrowLegion Capable
Arrow Command Ships 5
Arrow Amarr BC 5
Arrow Caldari BC 5
Arrow T2 Heavy Drones
Arrow Ishtar Capable

Budget rests around 25B.
