Hi

My POS has been offline for a week or so due to my inactivity but it seems all my arrays have gone.

My notifications say a lab was attacked but nothing else.

All structures were anchored so how can they be removed?

As others have mentioned you will want to check your corp losses. What most likely happened is that when your POS went offline someone found it and destroyed the various equipment around the main tower. Remember that when your shields are down from off-lining/running out of fuel, the modules themselves are vulnerable and can be destroyed. However for someone to un-anchor the modules and steal them they have to destroy the main tower itself.

I hope this clears up some confusion.
