SOE LP has been steadily going down recently due to burner missions. I think Thukker has way better rates atm. Is there thukker lv5s in LS?

That is purely due to Faction War.

and mainly applies to navy corps. Still a few decent 5 run BPCs in the other corps. Overall LP could use some love, probably in for a crash, given how farm able it is these days.
