Не получается сменить пароль к учетной записи

Собственно уже третий день пытаюсь и никак, выдает ошибку. Писал в техподдержку на англ. языке, заявку тупо закрыли без ответа и привета.

Проблема решилась, система впадает в транс если использовать в пароле символ "<" :)
