Call me (un)original...

I miss EVE music of old, when there was a jukebox that could play any theme anytime and anywhere.
I miss the old login screens, when EVE would greet me with something like this.
I miss the skin colors released with Incarna.
I miss affordable PLEXes (33 million ISK per day just to play...?)
I miss the anticipation that EVE was going to new and great places.

And I miss people. I guess that's the real mark of the bittervet: when you know more people who's gone than people who still play...

Reading that gave me massive amounts of nostalgia.

What I miss: Alliance freighter ops being the only way to seriously get goods to 0.0. Then proceeding to watch said op get ruined by a hostile gang costing the alliance most of its isk. Many alliances were crippled if their freighter ops were spotted.

POS wars. Whilst they were horrible to logistics guys I miss them. They were a simple way to claim sov any newbie could understand. It made holding 0.0 difficult and exclusive.

Want to go to Jita from deep 0.0? That was a day trip! Especially when warping to stargates was only 'warp to 15km'.

Back in 2006 I played all night and didn't sleep whilst a fleet of 50 of us shot a station to claim it.

Animosity. It doesn't feel like anyone has any hate for any other group in the game at the moment (maybe everyone hates us). When BOB was around there felt a real hatred to their existence.

I miss dual MWD pvp.
I miss when an alliance was just an alliance and not a"block" when numbers wasn't as important as skill. Bring back the old Curse Alliance plox:)
I miss chaining BS spawns for hours with your mates instead of 'anomalies' (is it an anomaly when it happens all the time? :S)

No sir and/or ma'am (not judging either way, you do you boo), what I said was the truth, what is 'stupid' is complaining about plex prices when the actual per day "price" of plex is about 10 minutes of playing a video game (for 23.5 hours of access to said video game world).

Even if you make ISK like a space poor like full clearing lvl 4 mission with sub optimal fit and a bad LP store, it's probably under 2 hours a day.

The only reason PLEX prise aren't even higher is because of lazy plebs like me who can't be arsed to grind for gametime and just input a CC number on the website because **** even having to think about adding game time.

I don't know why I didn't just horde geddons/domis back when they were so cheap. I self destructed enough of them for insurance payouts (some of those "self destructs" may have involved CONCORD and smartbombs).

those moros drones... damn!

heck I think I got a 90d GTC for 300m once or twice. And those were the days I was actually trying to make isk.

Well, I earned this month's PLEX while login in, I just showed my pretty face in Jita and a friendly stranger handed me a PLEX. That's 990 million in <2 minutes.
