Returning player - need to customize character but no feet clothing

Hello all

Not sure if this is the right forum or not. I am returning after several years away and have reactivated my account but before it will let me play it is making me customize my character. However I have no option for feet in the clothing section but it will not let me proceed any further without them. This only seems to affect my male character and not my female one, however its the male one that has all my assets.

Anyone else come across this and if so is there a fix? I have raised a service ticket, but thought I would ask here too.

Edit: Never mind - it would appear logging out and then back in again seems to fix it. Nothing to see here
