"Place Buy Order" needs locked to Sell/Buy orders being displayed

We all know sometimes the sell/buy list doesn't refresh immediately, and sometimes the prices from a previous item "stick" for a second while the server is pinged. However, it is actually possible to place a buy order while the previous prices are listed and accidentally purchase something at 1000% of the highest buy order... I just did.

To break it down, it happens like this:

-I had Small Ancillary Current Router I selected and the list was populated min sell 879k and max buy 795k.
-I clicked on Small Hybrid Locus Coordinator I (which is about 79k) and I believe the highlighting bar moved, but the prices did not.
-I clicked Place Buy Order and entered 795220.83 while double checking the Buyers list
-I clicked Buy and of course no blue highlight appeared...
-The "regional average" window popped up, and I checkd back and forth to be sure, and my buy order was definitely .01 above the highest bidder.

The prices did not refresh until I clicked something else. I had purchased a stack of Small Hybrid Locus Coordinator Is instead!

Fortunately I lost a measly 20m, but I wanted to make sure this is looked at before some poor fool thinks he's buying a stack of Rattlesnakes and ends up throwing a billion at some random crap. The regional average can't be relied on, especially in the smaller hubs, I think everyone knows this, so we need another fail safe. I think the only safe way is if the Buy Order button could grey out for the moment between item selection and population of the order lists.

I can't believe this happened, but it did... I even double-checked after hitting buy and the buy/sell order list did not refresh to the item I was buying until I selected it again in the quickbar. Of course it's already bogus that posting an accidental buy order can be fulfilled by a sell order at 10 times the sell value... but that's another discussion.
