Wormholes and Shield fit ships

This has been bugging me for a while now and im sure it has been submitted before but its an issue that has to be looked at.

When i or any other person living in any other Wormhole gets into a ship that has a shield extender (any size) the shield is already damaged down to 45% (worse for the Onyx or ships that have multiple extenders)

Most people in WH's fly armor fit ships/fleets but thats mainly because you have to form up fast and having all your ships have 20%-45% shield HP left does not help your odds.
