Eve Launcher freezes: Mac; Steam client

My launcher has been freezing up all day and some yesterday. On occasion, after 20 or so trys, it might load up before hanging. I played it once all day today. Need some help with this. Let me know what else you need.

Where in the loading process my laucher freezes

BTW, I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled the client and it still freezes. RIP my internet bill, we have datacaps here.
