I need a low SP minmatar/gallente pilot (either or both works out), only interested in frigs/small guns.
If you link your eveboard profile, pls make sure standings are visible.

I can live with outlaw status, killrights, corp-thief, long corp history ... whatever, provided you don't change full price with them there. :)

I'd prefer no cruiser related skills, or above cruiser.
