Another day lost in game but paid for::

as posted by last ticket and on forums, i cannot get launcher to update so at least put the new version on your forum, https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202664365-Reinstalling-the-Launcher istead of leaving the old version there, this way we get to download ourself when your launcher fails again and again, or reimburse us because for me this happens every month and I really am fed up with losing game time but at the same time paying for it..... thanks in anticipation..

Check for, and disable any proxy.

Probably the #1 cause of EVE problems is stupid proxies installed by malware or "firewall" products.

Obviously it works, I have been getting my game to work by doing this for the last two years but why no explanation as to why we need to do this or wait 12 hours for a reply.. ??
