Sorry, I had a personal emergency come up this morning (my hair stylist had an opening).

500 million ISK sent. Good luck!

There are now 12 days left in the first month of this scheme.

That means there are now 12 days left to invest at the 12% first-month rate.

It also means there are now 12 days left before the first interest payment is due to the first investor.

Which means that in order to get the 12% first-month rate, you have to invest without any real evidence that interest will ever actually be paid. Which is, I think, fitting for a high-rate, unsecured, faith-based loan.

Your investment is safe with me. You have my personal guarantee on that.

I'll start this by saying that I have no idea if you are trust worthy or not. But the above quote brightened my morning. Thank you.

Using a proprietary risk assessment modeling algorithm, I estimate the odds of default on this loan to be less than 1 in 960,000. Coincidentally, those are the same odds as for an average person living in the US being struck by lightning in a given year.

Sometimes you have to have faith that a man will honor his word as it is truly the only thing of infinite value that he can provide.

I would not besmirch my name (real or virtual) for any amount of isk as my honor is all I desire to have at the end (real or virtual).

I will transfer 10B when I get in game tonight.

Source please.

(For the lightning strike stats, I'm surprised that it's as many as ~330 Americans that get zapped annually, partly because someone getting struck by lightning would usually seem newsworthy in Australia and we hear of it a lot less than 25 times per year)

Edit: No source and I will be forced to accuse you of being a scammer.

It is legitimate information I obtained from the Internet. You have my word on that.

More specifically (I understand some people are just born skeptical) here you go - an unimpeachable government source:

NOAA/National Weather Service Odds of Lightning Strike

Please note "Odds of being struck in a given year (estimated total deaths + injuries) 1/960,000"

I hope this will put to rest any lingering doubts about my veracity.

I once knew a man that was struck by lightning on three different occasions. He was in his 60s at the time I met him. He had the look of a white-haired elf and spoke only in rhymes.

Has it been a month already?

120M interest has been sent to Xtreem. Next payment of 100M due 12 October.

First month interest rate lowered to 10% for new investments. This rate is good until 00:00 EVE time 12 October 2015.
