Is this your way of suggesting that justice for these actions would require 2nd Lt Kernher to remove a 'pound of flesh' from the offending party.
This would seem the precedent for such action. Perhaps there is a respected Lord willing to openly make such a request.

I have faith that one of her superiors will attend to it. With the apporpriate amounts of blood, bone and viscera included.

Yes.

Yours are decidedly...unflattering...

You people have laws *protecting* someone making fun of people in public? That's horrible! I can guarantee you, if that were to be done to someone at LDRBC, the vandal would be sued out of the courthouse and clear into orbit.

As long as it's not clearly malicious or smearing, yes. There can be arguments about it being harmful to a brand or public perception, but in this case it'd likely be considered a clear case of parody which is largely protected. I think this place has similar rulesets, but I am not entirely certain.

Really? The Empire protects smearing like that? That's awful :c

I think it is well understood that Ushra'Khan are not the authority on what is legal in the Empire.

Pretty sure the IGS isn't based on Empire law, and given some of the 24th's more vigorous members, neither are the 24th's members bound by Empire law. What is and isn't legal in the Empire is of little relevance here on the IGS.

It is obvious to me that these recent victories by the Crusade owe more to my efforts in summoning demons against the Minmatar than the work of Samira Kernher.

(Of course, now that the demon summoning has been curtailed, we might expect the rate of warzone capture to slow down.)

It is by munitions that the Crusade 'reclaimed' Tararan.

Last I check your demons do not produce munitions.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

I would ask the parties involved to reread 2nd Lieutenant Kernher's post and then search themselves yet again for any trace of basic decency, and -- if finding it -- to take immediate appropriate action, which should be evident if that decency can be found.

I'll make it simpler for you.

I was speaking to someone of consequence. As what you consider 'protected' has no consequence. Neither here, in The Empire, in your false 'Republic' or in the warzone.

I'm sure a decent majority of us have that one well taken care of without her help.
Still though....nothing wrong with exploring more options.

Whatever happened to mechano-swing? Why doesn't anyone mention it much, if at all?

Isn't it a nice feeling getting completely objectified by someone else without being asked for permission? I'd hate it, too!

And now think about slavery...

Because clearly the best way to offer social commentary on the nature of slavery is to objectify a respectable woman who was herself a slave and does not practice the institution, not being of sufficient rank to personally own slaves herself.
