:tinfoilhat: CCP invent numbers perhaps? Or it could just be it takes an update to the launcher ticker from the server which is not happening. I think everyone recognizes the launcher is a piece of monkey crap by now.

Also, I would not ask for ETA's .. more ask if they have asked Accounting for a pizza budget.

One month is $15. Let's say a month is an average of 30 days. 30 days = 720 hours = 43,200 minutes. One hour is ~0.0014% of that time. Even if the server is down for six hours, that's a total of 13c refund.
