PreDefined API Key wont work

So I'm making a spreadsheet that needs ppl to put in their API keys...

I made a pre defined link to make it easy, and when I type the link into my browser it works

If I make a cell with the hyperlink in excel it wont work... any idea why?

Now sure if this will be my ending access mask but still trying to get it to work so it will be easy for me to tweak it later.

is the link I use that wont work if I put into a excel tab so ppl can click it.
