With peace hitting the geminate and drone region area, the russians have been quite busy doing nothing but forming up massive responsefleets for even an ibis jumping into 0,0.

However, the last few weeks things have once again started to go back to normal in Geminate, we desided to send a scout ahead to see if it was worth going there. On entry to the low sec before geminate we stumble across 3 geddons and we quickly go ahead and kill one while the others had the sense to be aligned and warped away.

As the geddon dies, a russian fleet arrives consisting of a Machariel, Barghest, Hurricane and some recons and cruisers. We deside to jump back to high sec to swap for some faster cruisers, and while doing so we are told that the fleet has warped away and only the flashy hurricane is left in system, so we quickly get in and point him and put all our dps on him.
At 50% hull he opens a cyno, which must have been a rather fail plan, seeing as their homesystem is more then 5LY away, and he dies just as the gang from earlier once again enter local.

After docking up again in empire for a bit to get some stuff to eat, drink etc we once again deside to set course for Geminate, and our eyes tells us that there only 30 in local. So we race in our small gang and find a Arazu, Caracal and Orthrus camping the gate.
The Arazu and Caracal is quickly killed and the race to catch the Orthrus.
This Orthrus however is what you can call above average fast as u can tell. and with his links + HG snakes he is rather hard to catch. Finally a inty get a scram on him, but that only slowed him down to 1900ms, and none of our ships had webs. Thankfully the raven manages to MJD on top of him and neut him out, and as you can see, the loot gods was smiling for once.

Going over to the next system a Raven jumps in and we quickly kill him, only to find that he 5min later returns in a Naga, and once again quickly gets killed.

Local then starts climbing with cap pilots and known recon pilots logging on, so we deside it best to leave while ahead, as its far from the first time we have been met with dreads, carriers and supers while roaming in this area.

Hopefully our fights in 0,0 will continue to be as fun as it was today, or even more fun.

What timezone are you mainly roaming through? I know you said Russian so I would imagine in between EU/AU primetime but just want to be clear.

That sounds like a lot of fun. What size gang are you guys normally rolling in (everyone has a different definition of smallShocked) and any chance you guys roam over to Black Rise/Placid FW lowsecPirate

Our gangs have usually been between 5 to 10 ppl.
And we have mostly focused on going there around 21:00 due to it then being a bit late for them, so they cant bring as many =)

And nah, we have for the most part stayed away from low sec, as it seems harder to find fights there unless your in frigs.

Time for another update into the world of our Geminate war.
Fleet formup was higher then normal today, with basicly 15 ppl in fleet Shocked
We formed up in mostly caracals and some intys as we have the last week or so.

We went into their main system BWF as usuall and they only had about 40-50 in local, which is low given the standards we have seen in the past with them. We setup on the gate to low sec to see if they will form up a fleet to fight us, but nothing really happens.
Then one of our inty pilots yells that he has a Machariel tackled on one of the other gates, and we warp there asap and starts shooting him, holding back a little on the dps to see if more will come to support him, but alas, nobody came. Machariel Kill.

Just a few min later another of our inty pilots who had been checking around in their ratting systems lets us know that a maelstrom jumped into BWF from another gate, and we rush over and he dies horribly Maelstrom kill

We hold off on the low sec gate for a while, and kill whatever jumps in while trying to think of a new destination to go to, as it seems they wont be forming for us. Then we notice one of their pilots named Serge logging in, which for the most part means two things. 1. He will show up in a hurricane, and 2. There will be a fleet forming.

And sure enough, just a few min later the hurricane belonging to serge shows up at a tactical near the gate, where one of our intys quickly warp to him and get him pointed. When he hits hull he manages to kill the inty and mjd away from us, and the rest of their fleet lands on the gate.
Their fleet consisting of 1 Armageddon, 2 domis, 1 megathron, quite a few cruisers, a falcon and some intys.

We start burning away as they launch their sentrys and we try to get them to split up a bit, but with little luck. Soon after they mjd almost on top of us, but thankfully we manage to kill off their tacklers and burn off without losing anything. We then start shooting Serge again, who has now come back on grid, and we manage to take him down without their battleships giving us any trouble Serge

After some back and forth between pings, killing some battlecruisers and smaller stuff, we finally notice that the megathron has drifted well away from the others, and we quickly go for him. In the process of killing him we lose a Nomen, but a fair trade if u ask me, and the nomen pilot quickly reships to a keres. We then deside to go for the geddon, but he neuts our our scrambler and manages to mjd away from us. So we start killing off the last two battleships on the field, the domis without any resistance really.

Then one of our pilots who had jumped into low sec to get out of danger notice a widow using the mwd/cloak trick and warps to a planet. So we all jump in quicker then u would think possible and warp to that planet and start trying to uncloak him, and thanks to pure luck i guess We manage to find him.. A very strange ship to pick for exploration i must say, but im quite greatfull as i think thats the first blops ive killed to date.
We jump back into bwf, kill some small stuff, then deside to call it a night.

More to come as the fighing for sure will go on in the future as well.

One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
