Im moving my other character into a new null corp and i was wondering if it would be cheaper to buy a carrier and move it there, or to build it myself? (Industry/advanced industry 5 cap building 3)

Nid is the carrier btw

The main difference seems to be time, and access to resources.
Carriers are relatively cheap now - is there one within an OK fit within jump range?
If yes would just buy it.

Please like my posts it makes me feel better about the time I spend on the forums WTS... Smiles

If you are building only one carrier, you do not have access to the logistical economies of scale that people building 100 have.

Just buy it off someone that can make it more efficiently than you possibly could.

If your null corp isn't godawful they might have a logistics wing that can handle the acquisition part for you for a fee.

In my opinion, it just isn't worth the effort to build yourself.

The only reason to do so would be if there are no builders where you are going.
