Sisters of EVE is a solid choice, but their lvl4 agent systems are crowded with unsavory individuals. You should keep your fittings cheap if you're going to mission for them.

Well, your average mission apocalypse will have about 25000 EHP with hardeners turned off. That's three Alphanados or 3x 80kk ISK. It's up to you to decide how to work around this number.
