DST Fleet Hangar with Planetary Interaction (PI)

I have noticed that if I drag from a POCO directly to my Fleet Hangar on the DST (tried Amarr and Gallente) it looks as if the material is not moved over.
If I try to move it again I get an error message.

After docking or warping to a different system the DST cargo updates and it is now available in the Fleet Hangar cargo.

Moving smaller amounts piece by piece to the regular cargo and then transferring to Fleet Hangar works.
