I was wondering why a interdiction probe doesn't trigger an agression timer. It basically does the same job than a Warp Disruptor and even more, so maybe I'm wrong but it's an agression, no ?

The correct analogy here is a mobile warp disruptor, rather than firing a weapon. Compare that to HICs, they project a bubble around themselves with an active module and get agressed if somebody initiates warp within its AoE.

I think that throughout EVE history this has been changed back and forth at least 4 times... Lol

I guess that current CCP reasoning (no aggression) is to reward good dictor pilots and their capability to affect fleet movement.
