The OP hasn't even tried to defend himself; this defense is overwhelming and has easily swayed me into Domino's corner. I see no room for opposition.

As representative of my client, domino, we vehemently deny any wrongdoing. I am preparing a responce to these accusations and will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this corp gave roles to a new and unfamiliar member which resulted in this misfortune.

Logs will show this was an attempt by the OP to invite Dom and other innocents to his corp and reverse awox them. Any actions by Dom were obviously entirely in self defense. This is merely a transparent attempt to whitewash the OP's nefarious deeds in order to woo future victims.

OP is clearly suffering from an extreme case of Nitshe-Butthurt.

I would suggest that if OP does not provide evidence that he, himself, is not a Nitshe alt then the full extent of the law should be offered to him and his alliance.
