Well I sure am hoping that CCP gives use some T3 cruisers and T3 destroyer skins. IF they do I am hoping to see the Caldari ones in Kaalakiota ( only good Caldari skin). The Gallente get either Intaki Syndicate or Police. Minmatar get Justice or Sebiestor skins. And Amarr Khanid or EoM.

To be honest, the skins have been doing well from what I've seen, so I'd like to see any races ship be able to have any of their skins, and pirate faction ships have a couple of their own too. And the 30 day pirate skins get turned into permanent.

Hopefully in the future you will be able to pick any 2 colors or 3 and custom your ships the way you want

And what is with STILL not having and Caldari/Minmatar pirate faction ship line? Only one not out still...

I wouldn't hold your breath for anything SKIN related to the cruisers anytime too soon. Because of how the subsystems' interchangeability changes the cruisers visually, the effort required for just one cruiser is exponentially ridiculous. I doubt CCP is looking forward to tackling those ships at all, actually. Can't say I blame them, it would be a ***** in all likelihood.

The destroyers might be a better possibility, since their hull's physical structure only changes shape, but the assets and overall geometry remains largely intact. Parts of the destroyers' hull move, twist, turn, bend, swivel, etc., but those parts stay on the ship and whole sections of the ship don't get replaced like it does with the cruisers when they switch subsystems.

^ sounds right. and if I remember right t3 cruisers got skipped on one of the last graphics updates due to the massive amount of combinations. so will be interesting to see if they do ever get around to it. Then again they can always just do it, and wait on bug reports, let the players do the work :p

Maybe there are plans to redesign the T3 strategic cruisers so that they function similar to T3 tactical destroyers with modes.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

CCP Fozzie has stated that this is not going to happen.

And that is a good thing. As it is with T3Ds right now, it's nothing but performance min/maxing in most cases.

Same can be said about T3Cs to an extent, but we'll see what CCP have to offer for them.
