I am very much dissapointed in your behavior chessur.

fair enough i did interrupt your duel. you did call me HARAM, called jihad on me. and came back again to kill me.

as soon as i realised that you had actually accepted the duel in local, i immediately regretted my descision to MJD on you with that gnosis. Yet you had come into our space and attacked our loved ones, harassed us, looking for cheap kills. Do we not owe to them to see you put down?

I tryed to come and apologize to you but you blocked me from communications. And watching your stream saw you coming back to providence, throwing nothing but slurs at CVA and my person, i needed to make things right and the only thing that would make it right is an honorable duel. I saw that you were in a slicer, looked into my hangar, and despaired. For the only small ships that i had were (unfit) vengeances, a wolf, retributions, coercers and confessors.

If i undocked in anything bigger than a frigate you would call me a coward, thus i turned to the vengeances and retributions.

I didnt just want to turn belly up and let you kill me, i wanted a fair fight, i owed nothing less to such a once capable and gentlemanly pilot.

both engagements didnt turn well for me thus i docked and tryed to refit, and since you had blocked me from communications, you couldnt know that this wasnt over!

after a little while i finally had something that could be a match to you, and tryed to bring the fight to you. You forced me to sign up on twitch, so that i could tell you i wanted to make things right by you. But at my appearance i only recieved slurs and insults. after a pushing a little you finally agreed to fight.

we who watched the broadcast know how the fight ended, brave honorable sir chessur disengaged, and had nothing but slurs for me. and eventually banned me from the stream chat, thus closing communications forever.

All i wanted to say was sorry, to make it up to you, but you never gave me a chance. I am dissapointed in you, chessur, i thought you were a better man than that.

if you want to come back in a cruiser , ill have more varied options for you to kill.

tl,dr: dont come to provi for cheap kills, say something ambiguous in local, expect everyone to know that its an honorable duel. (un)expectedly loose you ship, complain to CVA leadership that you lost your ship (its me you have a problem with, coward), and complain when i bring a ship that doesnt immediatly explode as soon as you lock it for the ensuing duel. Be more polite and sportsmanlike.

There is no honour in duels. We are weapons. Destruction for desctruction's sake will never honour anyone or anything.
Honour is doing the best you can to protect that which you hold most dear, while trying to remain true to yourself and your word.

CVA giving her the time of day, or even simply bothering to shoot her, would be giving her more honor then she deserves.

After a full night of sound sleep and reviewing the logs, it has become clear to me that you had indeed accepted a duel and that you were on your way to pick up some nanites when i jumped onto your stabber in my gnosis. It is now clear to me that your anger towards me is completely justified.

in my defence, it was 6AM ET after a long night of sitting in pod and i was otherwise busy and distracted, thus i didnt pay the attention to local that i should have.

I now realise the full extent of my mistake and i would like to make amends. In amarr you will find two things: a zealot class heavy assault cruiser, which is my favorite ship class in this cluster, and a token to show you that i still have honor and that this mistake will not happen again, as well as a purifier class stealthbomber, for old times sake.

Both ships have been manufactured by my personal shipyards, and have the expected modifications.

Trust and honor are two things that are very hard to come by in space, but i would like you to, if not forgive me, at least come to speaking terms again.

I still meant it when i said that i wanted to duel you with cruisers, however.

I also want to make it clear that this message wasnt enforced by anyone else than my own conscience, if you think otherwise, you are sorely mistaken and have my pity.

OOC addendum:

it was 8AM local time after a night of gaming, i was clearing sleepers with my alt when the call came that you and friends were in local and needed clearing. The fact that i hadnt slept in 20+ hours and that i had to make sure my alt didnt die at the same time made me sloppy and i mistook the talkings in local for normal banter.

however much that i hurt your feelings, asking cva leadership for anything more than an apology, when one self is labeled KOS is kinda pushing it. Furthermore, I did (and still do) count you amongst my friends in eve, but that doesnt mean that i will go easy on you should I encounter you on the battlefield.

also, next time you come by, if you ever do, please be more explicit and maybe have the duel or nanite giving somewhere else than on a grid with 5+ people, since miscommunication can happen so easely, as im sure you noticed.

I am sorry this happened and im hoping that we can still be civil to one another. If it doesnt happen, I will be feeling a little sad each time i see you in local, but i will not hesitate to scram and web you either.
