Hi people, i'm feeling some extrange issues on my fps.

I have 2 accounts actually in Jita, this two accounts have the same configuration (graphic) but with Iizumi my fps are always fluctuating between 10 to 40 now 40, now 10, now 40 now 10. Here is some example. But with my other account, in the same place, with the same config, even at the same time!! It doesn't happen. ¿What can i do?
